Engineering that ships inside the customer's business.
prdktlab is a forward-deployed engineering firm in Riyadh. Small pods sit inside a client's business, find the workflow that actually hurts, and ship a working system against it — then hand it over so their team can run it.
Not a demo, not a deck. Something their team uses on Monday.

You sit with the customer, find the workflow that actually hurts, and ship a working system against it. Not a demo, not a deck — something their team uses on Monday. This is the core role at prdktlab and the one we hire the most of.
View role and applyEngagement Lead / Architect
Riyadh — hybrid · Full-time
You hold the shape of an engagement: what we are building, what we are deliberately not building, and whether the thing we shipped actually moved the number we promised. Part architect, part the person the client calls first.
View role and applyERPNext Implementer
Remote · Full-time
You take a client from a messy set of spreadsheets and legacy systems to an ERPNext estate their finance and operations teams actually use. Configuration, customisation, migration, and the unglamorous work of getting people to adopt it.
View role and applyData / ML Engineer
Riyadh — hybrid · Full-time
Most AI work fails on the data, not the model. You build the pipelines that make a customer's data usable, and you keep them running after we hand them over.
View role and applyLLMOps Engineer
Riyadh — hybrid · Full-time
You own the difference between a model that demos well and a system that holds up under load, under budget, and under audit. Evals, observability, cost, latency, and the failure modes nobody writes down.
View role and applyProduct Designer
Riyadh — hybrid · Full-time
Enterprise AI tools are usually ugly and hard to use, and that is why they go unused. You make ours neither. Expect to design in Arabic and English, and to care about the boring screens.
