Engagement Lead / Architect
You hold the shape of an engagement: what we are building, what we are deliberately not building, and whether the thing we shipped actually moved the number we promised. Part architect, part the person the client calls first.
What you'll do
- Scope engagements so they can succeed — and say no to the ones that cannot
- Set the technical direction a pod delivers against
- Be the client's senior counterpart through the whole engagement
- Carry the delivery risk, and surface it early rather than late
