How we handle your application
Plain English, because you are entitled to know before you upload a CV.
What we collect
Your name, email, optional phone number, any links you give us, the CV you attach, anything you write in the free-text box, and your answer to the Saudi-national question. We also record the time you submitted and a one-way hash of your IP address — enough to spot abuse of the form, not enough to identify you by it.
Why we ask about nationality
Three roles — Delivery PM, Data Protection Officer, and CISO — are restricted to Saudi nationals by regulation. We ask once, we take your answer at face value, and we never infer it from your name or anything else. “Prefer not to say” is a real option; for a restricted role it means we cannot confirm eligibility, so a person will ask you rather than a system deciding.
What happens next
Your application is filed and assessed against the role you applied for. That first pass is automated — it reads your CV and scores it against what the role needs — but it only ever recommends. Every decision, and every email you receive about the outcome, is made and approved by a person. Nothing is auto-rejected.
Who sees it
The prdktlab hiring team. Applications are held on our own infrastructure and are never shared with clients, never used for anything other than recruitment, and never sold or passed to a third party.
How long we keep it
We keep applications while the role is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, and delete them once they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
Email fde@prdktlab.ai to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action a deletion request and confirm it — there is a two-step erase in our own tooling precisely so this is a real button and not a promise.
